In this episode, we welcome Tracy Southwick, ND, HHP, a traditional naturopathic doctor based out of Houston, Texas. She is the founder of Heights of Health and has been practising natural medicine for over 20 years. Tracy went through her own personal health journey when she was diagnosed with an incurable life-altering illness. She was however able to heal through natural therapies and from then on devoted her life’s work to helping educate others about the beauty of the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the proper tools.
Through years of research and study, Tracy came to the understanding that stress (physical and mental/emotional) is the underlying cause of virtually all inflammation, disease and imbalance in the body. Based on that knowledge, she developed several proprietary techniques (Mind-Body-Spirit Release) with the support and research of her staff. These techniques focus on addressing underlying stressors in the body so that it is able to self-heal as it is meant to do.
Tracy will share her backstory, talk about how our bodies store emotions about the different traumas we go through and how that affects our overall health, and the effective natural solutions that are available for us all. If you’re looking for a safe and compassionate haven where you can achieve health and well-being through natural and innovative means, then listening to this episode will be the first step towards that. Stay tuned for more.
